Die Solay\-Bau AG ist ein Unternehmen in der Bau\- und Energiebranche. Wir bieten unseren Kunden professionelle Lösungen rund um Photovoltaikanlagen, Dach\- und Fassadensanierungen, Wärmepumpen sowie allgemeine Bau\- und Renovationsprojekte.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Vertriebsnetzwerks suchen wir motivierte, ehrgeizige und abschlussstarke Verkaufsberater und Vertriebspartner.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Akquisition von Privat\- und Geschäftskunden
  • Gewinnung neuer Bau\- und Sanierungsprojekte
  • Beratung und Betreuung potenzieller Kunden
  • Verkauf unserer Dienstleistungen und Energielösungen
  • Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios
  • Begleitung der Kunden bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss

Dein Profil

  • Freude am Verkauf und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Kommunikatives, überzeugendes und abschlussorientiertes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Die Beträge sind Berechnungsbeispiele. Die Provisionsgrundlage, Voraussetzungen und Auszahlung werden vertraglich festgelegt.

Wichtig: Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt ausschliesslich auf Provisionsbasis, ohne garantierten Fixlohn. Das konkrete Vertragsmodell wird individuell vereinbart.
