[모집 부문] 우리는 할당된 지역 내에서 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 개척하고 시장 점유율을 확대할 수 있는, 추진력 있고 의욕적인 **영업 사원(Sales Representative)**을 찾고 있습니다.

본 직무는 주로 신규 고객사를 발굴하는 데 중점을 두는 현장 중심(Field-based)의 B2B 영업 직무이며, 소수의 기존 고객 포트폴리오 관리도 병행합니다. 귀하는 자체 장비를 소유, 운영 및 유지보수하는 산업체 고객과 직접 협력하게 되며, 프리미엄 윤활 제품과 프로그램을 통해 고객의 장비 신뢰성을 높이고, 가동 중단 시간(Downtime)을 줄이며, 유지보수 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 합니다.

이것은 내근직(Desk-based) 영업이 아닙니다. 본 직무의 성공은 발로 뛰며 고객을 직접 대면하고, 의사결정권자와 관계를 구축하며, 현장에서 기회를 포착하여 잠재 고객을 장기적인 파트너로 전환하는 데서 비롯됩니다.

  • 잠재 고객 발굴, 콜드 콜(Cold calling), 네트워킹, 추천 및 현장 방문을 통해 신규 비즈니스 기회 창출
  • 기업 대표, 유지보수 관리자, 작업장 관리자, 운영 관리자 등 주요 의사결정권자와의 직접 미팅
  • 고객사의 니즈에 맞춘 윤활 솔루션 제안 및 현장 제품 데모(Demonstration) 진행
  • 강력하고 탄탄한 영업 파이프라인(Pipeline) 개발 및 관리
  • 윤활 개선, 비용 절감 및 장비 신뢰성 향상 프로그램 관련 기회 포착
  • 신규 비즈니스 기회에 대한 협상 및 계약 체결(Closing)
  • 기존 고객 계정(Account) 관리 및 매출 성장 도모
  • 영업 및 성장 목표의 일관된 달성 및 초과 달성
