Arbeiten in einem innovativen Umfeld

Als Stellvertretender Betriebsleiter übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in den anvertrauten Produktionen. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Standortleitung, der Technik und den EHSQ – Abteilungen zusammen und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und sichere Arbeitsweise in den Ihnen zugewiesenen Produktionen voran.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung technischer Untersuchungen und Analysen bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Erfassung von Ist-Zuständen und Umsetzung von Behandlungskonzepten in der Papierindustrie
  • Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Dokumentation von Entwicklungen
  • Unterstützung bei Planung und Durchführung von Labor- und Betriebsversuchen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Gesuchtes Profil

  • Erfahrung im technischen Service-Außendienst, idealerweise in der Papier- oder Chemieindustrie
  • Technisches Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des vorgesehenen Einsatzgebietes
  • Führerschein B
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse
