Solexis SA, filiale suisse du Groupe Ecostal, est spécialisée dans la distribution de solutions photovoltaïques et d'énergies renouvelables. Nous accompagnons chaque jour nos clients professionnels dans le développement de projets contribuant à la transition énergétique.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe Achats \& Supply Chain, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) souhaitant développer ses compétences dans un environnement international, dynamique et orienté résultats.

Votre mission :

Intégré(e) à notre équipe Achats \& Supply Chain et accompagné(e) au quotidien, vous participerez notamment aux activités suivantes :

Achats et approvisionnements

  • Participer à la création et au suivi des commandes fournisseurs.
  • Suivre les délais de livraison, effectuer les relances et contribuer à la résolution des éventuels litiges.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et logistiques afin d'anticiper les besoins et d'optimiser les approvisionnements.

Gestion et suivi des fournisseurs

  • Contribuer au suivi de la performance des fournisseurs (délais, qualité, coûts).
  • Participer à la recherche de nouveaux fournisseurs et à la préparation des négociations.
  • Découvrir les enjeux de la relation fournisseurs dans un environnement international.

Analyse et pilotage de l'activité

  • Participer à la mise à jour et à la fiabilisation des données produits dans notre ERP.
  • Contribuer au suivi des stocks, à l'analyse des besoins et à la planification des approvisionnements.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance.

Projets et amélioration continue

  • Apporter votre soutien à des projets transversaux, notamment lors de lancements de produits ou d'initiatives d'optimisation.
  • Proposer des améliorations pour simplifier et fiabiliser les processus et outils de suivi.

Votre profil :

  • Vous suivez une formation supérieure (HES, ES, Université ou équivalent) en gestion, achats, logistique ou Supply Chain.
  • Un parcours technique (CFC ou équivalent), associé à un intérêt pour les achats et les approvisionnements, peut également correspondre au poste.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec Excel ou d’autres logiciels et avez un intérêt pour l’analyse de données, la modélisation et l’optimisation des processus.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais professionnel (B2 minimum)
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour les produits techniques et les énergies renouvelables.
