The posting

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para liderar o departamento de Engenharia, atuando no segmento de energia solar fotovoltaica. Essa posição é estratégica e será responsável por coordenar as atividades técnicas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento, execução e homologação de projetos, assegurando a qualidade dos processos, a conformidade técnica e o cumprimento dos prazos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar a elaboração de projetos elétricos e layouts de sistemas fotovoltaicos;
  • Planejar e acompanhar visitas técnicas para análise de viabilidade das instalações;
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com concessionárias de energia, incluindo o envio de projetos, abertura e acompanhamento de protocolos;
  • Supervisionar o andamento das obras, garantindo a execução conforme as especificações técnicas e normas vigentes;
  • Acompanhar os processos de homologação dos sistemas fotovoltaicos junto às concessionárias;
  • Liderar a equipe de engenharia, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos e a excelência técnica.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimento em instalações e comandos elétricos;
  • Domínio de dimensionamento elétrico e interpretação de projetos elétricos;
  • Familiaridade com softwares de simulação de sistemas fotovoltaicos;
  • Conhecimento em Excel, AutoCAD, PVsyst, Revit e SketchUp.

Diferenciais

  • Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência no segmento de energia solar fotovoltaica;
  • Vivência com sistemas CRM.
