Voor onze klant in de Antwerpse haven kijken wij uit naar een Werkvoorbereider/Supervisor E&I!

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van E&I-werken binnen turnaround- en investeringsprojecten.
  • Je neemt deel aan kick-offmeetings en zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je controleert de technische uitvoerbaarheid van de werken, method statements en technische documentatie.
  • Je begeleidt de onboarding van aannemers en uitvoerende partners en zorgt ervoor dat zij veilig en volgens de geldende procedures aan de slag kunnen.
  • Je coördineert dagelijks de werkzaamheden van externe contractors op de werf.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften via risicoanalyses, werkvergunningen, startwerkvergaderingen en werfrondgangen.
  • Je signaleert technische en organisatorische knelpunten en werkt mee aan gepaste oplossingen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kosten en meer- en minderwerken gedurende het volledige project.
  • Heb je ervaring met turnaround-, shutdown- of onderhoudsprojecten binnen de industrie?
  • Heb je technische kennis van wetgeving, materialen en instrumentale installaties binnen de petrochemie (ATEX, AREI, …).
  • Heb je praktische werkervaring in een petrochemische of raffinaderij omgeving, kennis van bijhorende risico’s en werkpraktijken
  • Heb je ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, planning en coördinatie van technische werkzaamheden?
  • Heb je ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbare onderhoudssystemen?
  • Ben je organisatorisch sterk en beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden?
