  • Je participeert actief aan de kick-offvergaderingen voor de desbetreffende projecten.
  • Je controleert tijdens de voorbereiding de technische uitvoerbaarheid en de method statements van de geplande werkzaamheden.
  • Je begeleidt de onboarding, waaronder de safetystreet en competence testing, en verzorgt de introductie van uitvoerende partners.
  • Je staat in voor de supervisie en dagelijkse coördinatie van externe aannemingsbedrijven.
  • Je controleert dagelijks proactief of de werkzaamheden binnen jouw domein veilig en volgens de juiste technische werkmethodes worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je volgt kritische werkzaamheden, zoals warm werk, werken op hoogte en takel- en hijswerken, systematisch op door middel van risicoanalyses, aanwezigheid tijdens het start-werk-overleg, veiligheidsobservatierondgangen en toezicht in het veld tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je voert steekproefsgewijs controles uit op alle overige werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt de plicht om werkzaamheden lokaal stop te zetten en constructief in dialoog te gaan met uitvoerders wanneer je onveilige situaties, foutieve werkmethodes of substandaard housekeeping vaststelt.
  • Je coördineert en overlegt met productie, VGMK, Engineering, onderhoud en TA om een vlotte integratie van het project te verzekeren.
  • Je controleert en tekent timesheets af voor diensten die volgens het regieprincipe worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je controleert of de aangeleverde technische documenten overeenstemmen met de meest recente procedures, specificaties en de praktijk.
  • Je volgt alle acties met betrekking tot een kwalitatieve uitvoering op, van uitvoering en testen tot en met de indienstname. Bij afwijkingen stel je oplossingen voor om de beoogde kwaliteit alsnog te behalen.
  • Je bewaakt de prioriteiten en planning, stuurt bij waar nodig en staat in voor de rapportage en controle van de voortgang.
  • Je lost zowel technische als organisatorische problemen op die zich tijdens de uitvoering voordoen.
  • Je waakt over het beperken van extra kosten en verzorgt de administratie van meer- en minderwerken.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Assistant Construction Manager.
  • Heb je een sterke technische kennis van relevante wetgeving, PED, materialen en ASME-specificaties?
  • Heb je praktische werkervaring binnen een petrochemische of raffinaderijomgeving en ben je vertrouwd met de bijhorende risico’s en werkpraktijken?
  • Spreek en schrijf je vlot Nederlands en kan je Engels praktisch gebruiken in een professionele omgeving?
  • Ben je sterk in het coördineren van werkzaamheden en weet je veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en technische uitvoering met elkaar te verbinden?
