Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen complexe infrastructuur- en bouwprojecten? Ben je sterk in het structureren van processen, het beheren van technische eisen en het begeleiden van teams naar een succesvolle oplevering?

  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de toepassing van Systems Engineering binnen de projectorganisatie.
  • Je beheert eisen, wijzigingen en raakvlakken tussen verschillende disciplines en zorgt voor een volledige traceerbaarheid tussen eisen, ontwerp, uitvoering en opleverdocumentatie.
  • Je werkt deelmanagementplannen voor Systems Engineering en Af- en Opleveren uit en ziet toe op de correcte toepassing ervan volgens de geldende contractuele bepalingen en processen.
  • Je neemt de regie over het volledige af- en opleverproces.
  • Je vertaalt contractuele vereisten naar een doordachte verificatiestrategie en duidelijke oplevercriteria.
  • Je bewaakt dat resultaten correct worden geregistreerd, onderbouwd en gedocumenteerd.
  • Je stemt af met diverse disciplines en beheert de raakvlakken met onder meer BIM, documentmanagement en assetmanagement.
  • Je optimaliseert processen om faalkosten en openstaande restpunten te beperken.
  • Je stimuleert een gestructureerde werkwijze en draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering.
  • Je identificeert risico’s met betrekking tot systeemintegratie, oplevering en overdracht en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging van knelpunten.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht teams in de toepassing en verdere ontwikkeling van Systems Engineering en Af- en Opleveren.
  • Je organiseert kennisdeling, ondersteunt verandertrajecten en creëert draagvlak voor nieuwe processen en werkwijzen.
  • Beschik je over een hogere technische opleiding (professionele bachelor of master) en minstens vijf jaar relevante werkervaring?
  • Heb je ervaring met Systems Engineering, bij voorkeur binnen grootschalige bouw-, infrastructuur- of technische projecten?
  • Heb je kennis van systeemgerichte contractbeheersing binnen contractvormen zoals NEC4, DBFM, D&C of vergelijkbare modellen?
  • Heb je ervaring met af- en opleverprocessen en tools zoals Relatics, Briefbuilder, DOORS of gelijkaardige systemen?
  • Heb je inzicht in procesoptimalisatie, configuratiebeheer, datamanagement en verificatie binnen complexe projectomgevingen?
  • Werk je analytisch en gestructureerd, en slaag je erin het overzicht te bewaren over diverse disciplines en hun afhankelijkheden?
  • Beschik je over sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden waarmee je teams kunt coachen, stakeholders kunt overtuigen en verandertrajecten succesvol kunt begeleiden?
  • Kan je complexe technische en contractuele informatie vertalen naar werkbare processen en concrete acties?
