Ben jij een technisch sterke werkvoorbereider met ervaring in een industriële omgeving? Neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op van voorbereiding tot uitvoering en hou je ervan om met verschillende technische disciplines samen te werken?

  • Je analyseert onderhoudsmeldingen en bepaalt wat, hoe en wanneer werkzaamheden uitgevoerd moeten worden.
  • Je bereidt onderhoudswerken voor binnen diverse disciplines zoals mechanica, warmtewisselaars, rotating equipment, valves en piping.
  • Je voert terreinbezoeken uit om de uit te voeren werkzaamheden correct in te schatten.
  • Je bepaalt de nodige middelen en resources, waaronder stellingen, isolatie en andere ondersteunende diensten.
  • Je stelt werkvergunningen, risicoanalyses, veiligheidsdossiers en milieuvoorkomingsmaatregelen op volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je identificeert risico's verbonden aan de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en neemt de nodige maatregelen.
  • Je stelt taaklijsten op en zorgt voor de reservatie en bestelling van materialen en diensten.
  • Je maakt orders aan in SAP en werkt deze volledig uit, inclusief taken, materiaalreservaties en backorders.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak, optimalisatie en aanpassing van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Je zoekt materialen op en verwerkt deze administratief in SAP.
  • Je stemt planning en timing af met onderhoudsplanners, productie en uitvoerende teams.
  • Je neemt deel aan planningsvergaderingen en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je volgt werkzaamheden op tijdens de uitvoering en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke risico's tijdens de uitvoering en neemt gepaste acties.
  • Je bereidt onderhoudsstops voor en ziet toe op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je beheert de administratieve verwerking van werkvoorbereidingsdossiers in SAP en Microsoft Office.
  • Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen een industriële of petrochemische omgeving?
  • Beschik je over een sterke technische kennis van mechanica en onderhoudswerken?
  • Heb je ervaring met installaties zoals warmtewisselaars, rotating equipment, piping en afsluiters?
  • Ben je vertrouwd met SAP Plant Maintenance en de Microsoft Office-toepassingen?
  • Heb je ervaring met het opstellen van werkvergunningen, risicoanalyses en veiligheidsdossiers?
  • Heb je kennis van ondersteunende disciplines zoals isolatie, stellingbouw, industriële reiniging en civiele werken?
  • Kun je vlot communiceren met productie, planners en uitvoerende teams?
  • Beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend en beschik je over een basiskennis Engels?
  • Werk je proactief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht?
  • Neem je graag ownership over jouw dossiers en voel je je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van een kwalitatief eindresultaat?
