The posting

Je zorgt voor het algemeen onderhoud van het jeugdverblijfcentrum De Rode Planeet in Rijmenam. Een dynamisch jeugdverblijfcentrum dat tijdens schoolvakanties een plaats is waar kinderen en jongeren hun vrije tijd doorbrengen onder begeleiding van animatoren. Tijdens de weekends en andere perioden staat het jeugdverblijfcentrum ter beschikking voor opleidingen tot animator, van scholen voor bosklassen, voor privé feesten, etc.

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse schoonmaak van slaapkamers, lokalen, gemeenschappelijke ruimten, meubilair en uitrustingen.
  • Je houdt je werkmateriaal in goede en zuivere staat.
  • Je informeert je verantwoordelijke over je werkzaamheden en bestelt bij hem/haar de nodige materialen en producten voor je dagelijkse taakuitvoering.
  • Je ondersteunt het beheer van het spelmateriaal, uitleenmateriaal vakanties en speelpleinwerking.
  • Occasioneel help je bij het uitvoeren van keukentaken: afwas, poetsen, bereiding en verdeling van dranken voor het personeel en/of vergaderingen, etc.
  • Occasioneel ondersteun je in kleine onderhoudswerken van het gebouw: schilderen, kleine herstellingen, gras maaien, snoeien, etc.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van moderne onderhoudstechnieken en producten. Je kan werken met poetsmachines.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het onderhouden van lokalen.
  • Je hebt een goede fysieke conditie en bent niet bang de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan snel schakelen van de ene taak naar de andere, waarbij je prioriteiten ziet.
  • Je zet de middelen waarover je beschikt optimaal in.
  • Je werkt graag samen met jongeren die tijdens schoolvakanties activiteiten organiseren op het jeugdverblijfcentrum.
