The posting

Solidaris Brabant - een ziekenfonds met meer dan 647.000 leden - is organisator van diensten zorg- en hulp aan huis voor de leden van het ziekenfonds. Voor het call center van deze dienstverleningen zorg en hulp aan huis, zoeken wij een (m/v/x)*: Call Center medewerker (zorg)

Functie:

  • Inkomende oproepen behandelen (analyse van de zorg- en dienstenbehoeften van de bellers);
  • Bellers informeren over bestaande zorg en diensten binnen het eigen netwerk en over externe samenwerkingsverbanden;
  • Zoeken naar zorg- en dienstverleners en diensten (binnen het bestaande netwerk) die aan de zorg- en dienstenbehoeften kunnen voldoen;
  • Bellers in contact brengen met zorg- en dienstverleners;
  • Zorgen voor de codering die gepaard gaat met de oproepen, de toegekende opdrachten …;
  • Deelnemen aan de administratieve taken die aan het callcenter zijn toegewezen (archivering van diverse documenten, verwerking van de briefwisseling, verwerking van facturen, enz.);
  • Telefoongesprekken voeren in verband met tevredenheidsenquêtes over de verleende zorg en diensten.

Profiel:

  • Je houdt van leren en het aangaan van nieuwe uitdagingen;
  • Je bent een luisteraar en kunt empathie tonen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd, gestructureerd en graag in teamverband. Je bent vertrouwd met telefonische communicatie en administratieve taken;
  • Je bent minstens in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt minstens een (goede) kennis van het Frans;
  • Je bent computervaardig en vertrouwd met bureauticatools;
  • Een kennis van de medische sector is een pluspunt.
