  • Review and summarize monthly financial performance across the business, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities
  • Develop and improve tools to support the annual budgeting process
  • Coordinate due diligence processes across all departments
  • Perform ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and studio teams to ensure financial models and analyses reflect ground-level business dynamics

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive and board presentations
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable accounting system
  • SQL or data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau) a plus
  • Familiarity with debt instruments, covenant structures, and lender reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investors
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy in all deliverables
  • Growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels of seniority
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
  • Operating company experience a plus
  • MBA or CFA a plus

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
