The posting

Reporting to the Director of Studio Openings & Facilities, the New Studio Opening Manager owns the end-to-end operational execution of new studio openings, partnering with Operations, Development, Field Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive every assigned opening from lease execution through Grand Opening.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert in the overall [solidcore] experience and ensure every element communicates the [solidcore] vision. They will motivate and inspire the new studio teams to create the best experience for all [solidcore] clients while being protective of, and working to spread, the [solidcore] culture. When not working within a new studio opening process, they will be contributing to the [solidcore] operations team and coaching classes within their local market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main driver of key dates and timelines for assigned projects; leading discussions on project status and contingency plans.
  • Acting as the steady, trusted point of contact cross-functional partners rely on to keep openings consistent and on standard
  • Traveling to new studio openings to lead studio setup and grand opening events.
  • Operating as the integrator between Development, Digital, Sales, Facilities and Field Operations,
  • Applying documented NSO processes to ensure operational readiness at turnover.
  • Escalate date, facility or construction punch-list risks with a recommended path forward. Ensuring assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
  • Maintaining physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
  • Placing studio setup inventory orders, tracking deliveries and performing supply inventory audits
  • Operating as part of the NSOM team, contributing to team goals/projects, bringing fresh ideas and process improvements to the NSO space, and continuously learning from and teaching peers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:

  • Self-motivated: a self-starter who can work with a level of autonomy and doesn’t need direction for every task that is asked of them.
  • Critical Thinker: can identify a problem and work it through until resolved. Able to connect the dots between different departments and fields. Keeps the big picture in mind, even when having to delve into the details.
  • Clear Communicator: able to identify relevant information and then clearly and succinctly transfer that information to the appropriate parties.
  • Team Player: willing to pitch in and understands that everyone at [solidcore] is working toward the same goal. Able to celebrate the success of teammates and peers while helping those who need it.
  • Multitasker: able to successfully manage competing priorities.
  • Professional Maturity: able to embrace ambiguity and ability to adapt. Not afraid to ask for guidance or explanation when needed. Does not take things personally. Acknowledges when mistakes are made and then uses that information to do better in the future.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
