The posting

About Us:

Barnakademin has been providing families in Sweden with high-quality childcare since 2008. We offer our clients creative babysitting services in Swedish, and we also specialize in bilingual babysitters - 'Bilingual Babysitters.'

About the Family:

  • The family has two children and lives in Saltsjö-Boo.
  • They need help 3 afternoons a week with pick-up and babysitting.
  • The children are 2.5 and 4.5 years old.
  • Working hours: approximately 15:30-18:30.

This is a part-time job, and you can choose the days that suit you. It's a really great extra job! If this assignment/family doesn't suit you, but you're interested in working as a babysitter, send in your application anyway, and we'll help you find the perfect family!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Enjoys working with children and is responsible and reliable;
  • Has another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job;
  • Is creative and social;
  • Is looking for a long-term position and is available to work as a babysitter for at least one year, until the summer of 2025.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

  • A flexible, fun, and rewarding part-time job;
  • Competitive salary. We offer a good starting salary compared to our competitors;
  • Detailed references. We ensure that each employee always leaves with a written, comprehensive reference from their time with us;
  • Continuous support from us at the head office and contact with other babysitters;
  • Liability and accident insurance.

We always check your references and require a background check from the criminal record.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
