Voor onze klant in de regio Brussels Airport (Brucargo) zoeken wij een Customs / Import Officer.Onze klant is een internationale logistieke specialist in de biofarmaceutische en medische sector. De organisatie staat in voor het transport van temperatuurgevoelige geneesmiddelen en andere kritische medische producten.Voor de importwerking zoeken we iemand die nauwkeurig omgaat met douanedocumenten, internationale zendingen en administratieve verplichtingen.Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende goederen correct worden verwerkt en dat de nodige formaliteiten tijdig in orde zijn.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt internationale importzendingen administratief op.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige douane- en transportdocumenten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van importaangiftes.
  • Je controleert gegevens zoals goederenomschrijvingen, facturen en transportinformatie.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met douaneagenten, transporteurs en internationale collega's.
  • Je volgt de vrijgave van inkomende zendingen op.
  • Je signaleert ontbrekende of foutieve documenten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je houdt rekening met de specifieke vereisten van medische en temperatuurgevoelige producten.
  • Je registreert informatie in de interne systemen.
  • Je werkt samen met Operations, Customer Service en andere betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je volgt de geldende douane- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen import, douaneadministratie of internationale expeditie.
  • Je hebt kennis van douaneformaliteiten en importdocumentatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en controleert documenten tot in detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen en houdt rekening met deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne collega's en externe partners.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met administratieve en logistieke software.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en kan omgaan met onverwachte administratieve problemen.
  • Ervaring binnen luchtvracht of farmaceutische logistiek is een plus.
