Voor onze klant in de regio Brussels Airport (Brucargo) zoeken wij een Dispatcher.Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler gespecialiseerd in medische en farmaceutische transporten. Dagelijks worden temperatuurgevoelige geneesmiddelen, klinische stalen en andere kritische zendingen wereldwijd vervoerd.Voor het operationele team zoeken we een Dispatcher die transporten efficiënt kan plannen en opvolgen.In deze sector telt elke minuut. Een vertraging, een wijziging in de planning of een probleem onderweg vraagt om een snelle en doordachte oplossing. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, transportpartners en collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant en organiseert dagelijkse transportopdrachten.
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs en externe transportpartners aan en bezorgt hen duidelijke instructies.
  • Je volgt transporten op van vertrek tot levering.
  • Je houdt rekening met afgesproken levertijden en specifieke temperatuurvereisten.
  • Je past de planning aan bij dringende opdrachten, vertragingen of onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met chauffeurs, Customer Service en het operationele team.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle transportinformatie correct geregistreerd wordt.
  • Je volgt problemen onderweg op en zoekt naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je controleert of transportopdrachten volgens de geldende procedures uitgevoerd worden.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiëntere planning en een betere dagelijkse werking.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als Dispatcher, Transportplanner of binnen logistieke operations.
  • Je kan verschillende transporten tegelijk opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan snel prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met chauffeurs, collega's en externe partners.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de planning plots verandert.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer er een probleem ontstaat.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent vertrouwd met digitale planningssystemen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren en bereid om in wisselende shifts te werken.
  • Ervaring met temperatuurgecontroleerd transport of medische logistiek is een plus.
