Voor onze klant in de regio Brussels Airport (Brucargo) zoeken wij een Expediteur / Export Officer.Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler gespecialiseerd in medische en farmaceutische zendingen. Denk aan geneesmiddelen, klinische stalen en andere temperatuurgevoelige producten die wereldwijd vervoerd worden.Als Expediteur / Export Officer zorg jij ervoor dat internationale exportzendingen correct vertrekken en opgevolgd worden. Je hebt contact met transporteurs, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en collega's in het buitenland.Je weet hoe snel een planning kan veranderen in de luchtvracht. Daarom zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig werkt, nauwkeurig is en snel kan schakelen.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je organiseert internationale exportzendingen, voornamelijk via luchtvracht.
  • Je maakt transportdossiers aan en volgt ze op van boeking tot vertrek.
  • Je stelt export- en transportdocumenten op en controleert deze.
  • Je stemt af met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, douaneagenten en transportpartners.
  • Je houdt rekening met de specifieke vereisten van temperatuurgevoelige producten.
  • Je volgt deadlines, vluchtschema's en transportinstructies op.
  • Je communiceert met klanten en internationale collega's over de status van zendingen.
  • Je zoekt oplossingen wanneer een zending vertraging oploopt of documenten ontbreken.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking in de interne systemen.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen expeditie, export of internationale luchtvracht.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met exportdocumentatie en transportformaliteiten.
  • Kennis van douaneprocedures is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels.
  • Je kan zelfstandig transportdossiers opvolgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende zendingen tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en logistieke partners.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Ervaring met medische of temperatuurgecontroleerde logistiek is een voordeel.
