Voor onze klant te Roeselare zoeken wij een Senior Dossierbeheerder.Onze klant is een groeiend accountancy- en advieskantoor met vestigingen in Roeselare en Oostkamp. Ondanks de groei blijft de familiale sfeer behouden. Er wordt gewerkt in kleine teams, met korte communicatielijnen en veel ruimte voor overleg.Het kantoor begeleidt zelfstandigen en KMO's bij hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen, maar gaat graag een stap verder. Ondernemers kunnen er ook terecht voor financieel advies en begeleiding bij belangrijke beslissingen.Als Senior Dossierbeheerder krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers, denkt mee over hun financiële situatie en begeleidt hen bij hun verdere groei.Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning en ontwikkeling van junior collega's.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van klantendossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zelfstandigen en KMO's.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van alle boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je stelt fiscale aangiftes en jaarrekeningen op en dient deze tijdig in.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en bespreekt deze met je klanten.
  • Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden om de financiële en fiscale situatie van ondernemers te optimaliseren.
  • Je adviseert klanten bij financiële en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over hun toekomstplannen en belangrijke ondernemersbeslissingen.
  • Je begeleidt junior dossierbeheerders en ondersteunt hen bij complexere dossiers.
  • Je deelt je kennis met collega's en helpt hen verder groeien in hun functie.
  • Je werkt mee aan een efficiënte en digitale dossierwerking.
  • Je hebt een diploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of beschikt over gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar relevante praktijkervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Je kan zelfstandig klantendossiers beheren en bent vertrouwd met de bijhorende fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit.
  • Je kan financiële resultaten analyseren en vertalen naar praktisch advies voor ondernemers.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en kan complexe financiële informatie duidelijk uitleggen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt je dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en wacht niet tot klanten zelf met vragen komen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en vindt het fijn om junior medewerkers te begeleiden.
  • Je bent digitaal ingesteld en werkt vlot met boekhoudsoftware.
  • Ervaring met Adsolut (Kluwer) en/of Exact Online is een plus.
  • Je wil je vakkennis verder ontwikkelen en staat open voor bijkomende opleidingen.
  • Je zoekt een kantoor waar je op lange termijn kan groeien en eventueel meer verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.
