Nu söker vi en engagerad studentmedarbetare till Familjerummet, en verksamhet som gör verklig skillnad för barn och föräldrar i Sollentuna. Om Familjerummet Familjerummet är en öppen mötesplats för föräldrar och barn mellan 6 och 12 år i Tureberg/Bagarby. Verksamheten fyller ett viktigt glapp mellan kommunens verksamheter för yngre barn och ungdomar, och erbjuder en trygg plats för gemenskap, aktiviteter och tidigt stöd till familjer. Målgruppen är familjer som av olika skäl inte alltid nås av samhällets resurser, exempelvis nyetablerade i Sverige eller familjer med begränsad social förankring. Genom relationsskapande arbete, gemensamma aktiviteter och vägledning stärker vi familjers skyddsfaktorer och bidrar till goda uppväxtvillkor för barn. Arbetsuppgifter Som studentmedarbetare blir du en viktig del av verksamheten och arbetar tillsammans med föräldrastödjare och övriga medarbetare. Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att: Stötta barn och föräldrar i Familjerummets verksamhet Delta i och leda aktiviteter för barn och familjer Bidra till att stärka samspelet mellan barn och föräldrar genom att vara en positiv förebild Medverka till att skapa en trygg, välkomnande och inkluderande miljö för besökarna Vara delaktig i verksamhetens förebyggande och relationsskapande arbete Vissa praktiska bestyr, i samband med aktiviteter och servering av mat/mellanmål Vi söker dig som Studerar till socionom Meriterande Erfarenhet av att leda aktiviteter för barn och/eller föräldrar Kännedom om Sollentuna kommun och socialtjänstens verksamheter Erfarenhet av arbete med barn, ungdomar eller familjer Personliga egenskaper För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du är en trygg och relationsskapande person som tycker om att möta människor med olika bakgrund och livssituationer. Du tar initiativ, samarbetar väl med andra och har ett genuint intresse för barns utveckling och familjers välmående. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Anställning Tjänsten är en timanställning där du arbetar regelbundet utifrån verksamhetens behov. Du behöver även kunna hoppa in med kort varsel vid behov. Bakgrundskontroll görs på slutkandidat.
