Servicecenter är den första kontakten för många av våra hyresgäster och bostadssökande. Vi hjälper till med allt från felanmälningar och hyresfrågor till praktiska frågor vid in- och utflyttning.

Du möter våra kunder via telefon, mejl och besök i receptionen. Din uppgift är att förstå vad kunden behöver, ge tydliga svar och lösa så många frågor som möjligt redan vid första kontakten. När ett ärende behöver hanteras vidare samarbetar du med kollegor och entreprenörer och ser till att rätt information kommer fram.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat att:

  • Besvara frågor och ta emot felanmälningar via telefon, mejl och personliga möten.
  • Registrera, dokumentera och följa upp ärenden i vårt fastighetssystem Vitec.
  • Hantera in- och utlämning av nycklar enligt våra säkerhetsrutiner.
  • Samordna ärenden med andra avdelningar och entreprenörer.
  • Bidra med förslag som förbättrar våra arbetssätt och informationen till hyresgästerna.

Även viss kontorsservice, som posthantering och materialbeställningar, kan ingå.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat från den 1 januari 2027 till den 31 mars 2028, med möjlighet till förlängning.

Om dig

Du tycker om att hjälpa människor och har lätt för att skapa förtroende. Du lyssnar, ställer frågor och förklarar information på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt. Även när en kund är missnöjd eller tempot är högt behåller du lugnet och ett respektfullt bemötande.

Du arbetar strukturerat, dokumenterar noggrant och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du kan arbeta självständigt och samarbetar gärna med andra för att hitta en lösning. Du har god digital vana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och rutiner.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Gymnasieutbildning.
  • Erfarenhet av kundservice och administrativa arbetsuppgifter.
  • God datorvana och kunskaper i Microsoft 365.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat med kundservice via telefon, har erfarenhet av Vitec eller har kunskaper inom uthyrning, hyresfrågor eller fastighetsförvaltning.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.
