Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich:

  • Eigenständige Steuerung anspruchsvoller und abwechslungsreicher M&A (Sell-Side und Buy-Side) und weiterer Corporate Finance Transaktionen in unterschiedlichen Branchen in einem internationalen Kontext
  • Direkte Begleitung von Unternehmern, Gesellschaftern und Geschäftsführungen sowie Verantwortung für die Mandantenkommunikation während des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses
  • Proaktive Steuerung interner und externer Projektbeteiligter sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Timing und Ergebnis des Prozesses
  • Anleitung bei Qualitätssicherung von Unternehmensbewertungen und integrierten Finanzmodellen sowie Kundenpräsentationen und Prozessdokumenten
  • Verantwortung für Investorenansprache, Prozesskommunikation und wesentliche Verhandlungs- und Entscheidungssituationen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Mandanten und den geschäftsführenden Partnern
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Pitches, der Entwicklung neuer Mandatsansätze und dem Aufbau langfristiger Mandantenbeziehungen
  • Führung, Förderung und fachliche Entwicklung von Associates, Analysten und Praktikanten in den Projektteams

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Fünf bis sieben Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking, M&A Advisory oder bei einer führenden Corporate-Finance-Boutique sowie eine belastbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der Umsetzung von M&A-Transaktionen
  • Exzellente Ausbildung im Transaktionsgeschäft und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse eigenständig zu strukturieren und zu steuern
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und wirtschaftliches Urteilsvermögen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensanalyse, Bewertung, Corporate Finance und Rechnungswesen
  • Souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Unternehmern, Gesellschaftern, Management-Teams, Investoren und weiteren Beratern sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude daran, jüngere Teammitglieder zu führen, als Vorbild zu agieren und ihre fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung aktiv zu fördern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung und der Wunsch, über die reine Transaktionsumsetzung hinaus Verantwortung in der Geschäftsentwicklung zu übernehmen
