Sinds 2014 bouwt Solora aan een duurzame energietoekomst. We ontwerpen, realiseren en beheren industriële zonne-installaties in België, Nederland en Frankrijk en met meer dan 80 medewerkers zijn we uitgegroeid tot een erkende speler in de sector.

Wat houdt de functie in?Als Business Controller met 2 à 5 jaar ervaring in controlling, audit of accounting volg je de financiële prestaties van onze projecten en activiteiten nauwgezet op. Je werkt hiervoor samen met collega’s binnen Finance en met verschillende operationele teams. Je zet financiële en niet-financiële gegevens om in heldere analyses en concrete inzichten die de organisatie helpen om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.

Vanuit je achtergrond herken je verbeterkansen in cijfers en processen. Je onderzoekt afwijkingen, denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en helpt de financiële werking stap voor stap verder te professionaliseren. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Deze functie geeft je een brede kijk op de organisatie en laat je doorgroeien in zowel financiële analyse als business partnering.

Je rapporteert aan de CFO, die je begeleidt in je verdere ontwikkeling, en werkt nauw samen met het finance team van 3 collega’s.

Je takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt de maandelijkse en periodieke afsluitingen en controleert mee de juistheid en volledigheid van de financiële gegevens.
  • Je s telt managementrapporteringen op, analyseert de resultaten en licht belangrijke afwijkingen duidelijk toe.
  • Je werkt mee aan budgetten, forecast en financiële prognoses en volgt de realisatie ervan op.
  • Je analyseert de resultatenrekening en balans en verdiept je in de financiële prestaties van projecten en bedrijfsactiviteiten.
  • Je volgt het werkkapitaal, de kostprijzen, projectkosten en marges op, signaleert aandachtspunten en stelt verbeteracties voor.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van de externe audit en zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte aanlevering van de gevraagde informatie.
  • Je volgt relevante KPI’s op, brengt trends in kaart en vertaalt je analyses naar begrijpelijke aanbevelingen.
  • Je voert ad-hoc analyses uit rond onder meer prijszetting, marges en rendabiliteit.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verbetering en automatisering van financiële processen en rapporteringen.

Jij ....

  • hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • hebt bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling, audit, accounting of financiële analyse.
  • hebt ervaring met rapportering en bij voorkeur ook met budgettering en forecasting.
  • werkt vlot met Excel; Ervaring met Exact Online, Odoo of een ander ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt financiële informatie helder structureren en toelichten.
  • bent nieuwsgierig naar de business, stelt gerichte vragen en zoekt graag uit wat achter de cijfers zit.
  • neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk, durft initiatief te tonen en stemt tijdig af wanneer ondersteuning nodig is.
  • communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s binnen en buiten Finance.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
