Job Description

As an Inspector - Level 1 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous inspection processes. You will utilize your keen attention to detail to perform inspections, tests, and measurements on products and materials, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high-quality standards that Solstice is known for.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet both customer and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will help maintain Solstice's reputation for excellence and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Required experience in a similar field
  • Keen attention to detail

WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with inspection tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process
  • Follow quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance
  • Identify and report any nonconforming products or deviations from quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $20.50/Hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
