About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building business relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help the successful candidate develop the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Contact potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Arrange meetings, follow up on sales leads, and support business development activities.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Work closely with the team to execute sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting follow-ups.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and business development.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Candidates who can commence work immediately or on short notice are preferred.
