Full Job Description

We are urgently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team on a full-time basis.

If you enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and working towards sales targets, we welcome you to apply! Candidates who are able to start immediately or on short notice are strongly encouraged to apply.

Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or service enquiries and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
  • Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Handle daily sales transactions and enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is neat and organised, where applicable.
  • Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Customer-focused with an interest in sales.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Able to commence work immediately or on short notice is preferred.
