About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support our business development efforts by identifying potential customers, reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and arranging meetings for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through online research, networking, and other prospecting channels.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads based on customer needs and business requirements.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Support sales campaigns and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in speaking with new people and engaging potential customers.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice are preferred.
