🔎¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Operaciones Comerciales en Argentinacon experiencia liderando equipos de ventas telefónicas o canales escritos (WhatsApp, chat o email) en entornos de contact center. Si te apasiona el desarrollo de equipos, la gestión de indicadores y la mejora continua de procesos bajo estándares COPC, queremos conocerte.

💻¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de agentes de ventas en su día a día
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (AHT, contacto x hora, prima y premio promedio, SPH, conversión, etc) bajo estándares COPC
  • Brindar feedback, coaching y planes de mejora individuales a los agentes a cargo
  • Elaborar reportes de performance y proponer mejoras en procesos comerciales y operativos
  • Gestionar el uso del CRM y herramientas de contact center asegurando la correcta registración de interacciones
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 14:00 a 22:00hs y Sábados 12:00 a 17:00hs

👉Requisitos:

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión en contact center comercial o de ventas.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas telefónicas o digitales (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento en metodología COPC y gestión de procesos en contact center/Call Center.
  • Experiencia en servicios financieros, fintech o seguros (Excluyente)
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, con capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de personas (Excluyente )
