Estamos em busca de um(a) Controlador(a) de Manutenção para integrar nossa equipe. Será responsável por controlar e acompanhar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais de manutenção, com foco no ciclo de vida dos pneus da frota. Manter cadastros, movimentações, inspeções, ordens de serviço e custos atualizados, apoiando a programação de intervenções e o acompanhamento de fornecedores. Atuar sob orientação da supervisão, contribuindo para a segurança operacional, a disponibilidade da frota e o melhor aproveitamento dos pneus.

Responsabilidades:

  • Cadastrar e controlar pneus e carcaças, mantendo atualizados os registros de identificação, características e histórico de utilização.
  • Registrar movimentações de pneus, como montagem, desmontagem, rodízio, reparos, recapagens e baixas, vinculando-os aos respectivos veículos e equipamentos;
  • Monitorar quilometragem, horímetros, condições de uso, desgaste, pressãoe vida útil dos pneus.
  • Apoiar a programação de inspeções, calibragens, rodízios, reparos e substituições, conforme critérios técnicos e procedimentos internos;
  • Controlar ordens de serviço, estoque, movimentações e envio de pneus para reparos e recapagens, acompnhando prazos e serviços realizados;
  • Apoiar processos de compras e reposição de pneus, conferindo requisições, notas fiscais e serviços prestados;
  • Atualizar planilhas e sistemas, consolidando indicadores de desempenho, custos, vida útil, perdas e recapagens;
  • Acompanhar pendências e manter interface com as áreas de manutenção, operção, borracharia, compras e almoxarifado;
  • Organizar documentos, checklists, laudos e registros de pneus, incluindo processos de mobilização e desmobilização da frota;
  • Realizar a corretas destinação de pneus, cumprindo os procedimentos internos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente.

Requisitos:

  • Curso técnico em Mecânica, Manutenção, Administração, Logística ou áreas afins. Desejável tecnólogo em áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em controles de manutenção ou frota, borracharia, almoxarifado ou logística, preferencialmente com acompanhamento de pneus;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Será considerado um diferencial possuir experiência com manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos de linha amarela.
