L'agence Services SFT lance une relance prioritaire pour un mandat clé en région. Nous recherchons activement un(e) Agent de relations humaines (ARH) disponible immédiatement pour intégrer les secteurs AAOR (Accueil, analyse, orientation, référence) et SSG (Services sociaux généraux) à Havre-St-Pierre.

Il s'agit d'une opportunité idéale pour un(e) professionnel(le) du secteur psychosocial souhaitant exercer en Minganie, avec l'avantage majeur d'un poste sans exigence de permis de conduire ni de véhicule.

  • Lieu : Havre-St-Pierre
  • Date de début : Immédiate (Besoin débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Fin prévue : 17 février 2027
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Horaire : En semaine, avec une couverture de fin de semaine au besoin (Aucune garde)
  • Orientation : 5 jours d'orientation complets prévus à l'horaire (entièrement aux frais de l'agence)

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'accueil, l'analyse, l'orientation et la référence (AAOR) des demandes et signalements reçus.
  • Dispenser les suivis et interventions propres aux Services sociaux généraux (SSG) auprès de la clientèle.
  • Évaluer les besoins psychosociaux des usagers et élaborer les plans d'intervention adaptés.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire et les partenaires locaux du CISSS de la Côte-Nord.

Exigences du poste

  • Expérience récente et pertinente exigée dans le secteur (AAOR / SSG).
  • Diplôme universitaire approprié (Travail social, Criminologie, Psychologie, Psychoéducation).
  • Aucun permis de conduire ni véhicule requis pour ce mandat spécifique.
  • Excellente capacité d'adaptation à la pratique en milieu régional.
