The posting

Une grande organisation publique du réseau de la santé au Québec est à la recherche d’un(e) analyste senior en gestion des identités et des accès (GIA). Vous agirez comme référence technique pour la gestion des identités M365 et Entra ID, l’accompagnement des clients et l’amélioration continue des processus et des architectures technologiques.

Durée du mandat : 12 mois

Responsabilités principales

  • Accompagner les clients dans les processus de gestion des identités et des accès
  • Prendre en charge et traiter les requêtes clients par billets
  • Mettre en place de nouveaux processus (schémas, documentation), par exemple pour les enquêtes réalisées avec eDiscovery
  • Mettre en place un processus de révision des applications déjà enregistrées dans Entra ID
  • Intégrer les applications gérées avec l’identité M365 dans Entra ID
  • Repérer les risques opérationnels et recommander des améliorations aux processus et aux architectures
  • Contribuer à la planification technologique et coordonner ou superviser le travail technique d’équipes ou de projets
  • Prendre en charge des situations critiques ou à fort impact opérationnel

Exigences

Formation

  • Baccalauréat en technologies de l’information, en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe

Expérience

  • 10 ans et plus d’expérience pertinente en TI
  • Expérience comme analyste senior et comme référence technique dans son domaine
  • Expérience significative dans des environnements complexes ou de grande envergure
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de situations critiques ou à fort impact opérationnel
  • Expérience en coordination ou en supervision technique d’équipes ou de projets
  • Expérience en amélioration des processus ou des architectures technologiques, en identification des risques opérationnels et en planification technologique
  • Expérience en accompagnement des clients dans les processus GIA et en traitement des requêtes par billets
  • Expérience en mise en place de processus (schémas, documentation, eDiscovery)
  • Expérience en révision et en intégration d’applications dans Entra ID (identité M365)

Connaissances

  • Très bonne connaissance de M365
  • Très bonne connaissance de la sécurité et d’Entra ID
  • Bonne expérience en SQL
  • Vision globale des services technologiques
  • Maîtrise avancée du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Atouts

  • Expérience en GIA et en sécurité
  • Expérience avec Active Directory et Entra ID
  • Bonnes pratiques en gestion des services TI (ex. : ITIL)
  • Expérience dans le secteur public ou parapublic
