Lieu : Matagami, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) Isle-Dieu Direction : Direction des programmes sociaux (DPS) Départements : Soutien à domicile-SAD & Milieu de vie-CHSLD Période du mandat : Du 27 octobre 2026 au 27 juillet 2027 Quart de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir Type d'horaire : Rythme 10/4. Du lundi au vendredi : jour de 8h00 à 12h00 et soir de 16h30 à 20h30. (Quart de soir seul : 15h15 à 20h30). Temps de repas : 1h00 non payée le jour. Aucune pause le soir.

📌 À propos du poste

La DPS recherche une ASSS pour un mandat de 9 mois au CS Isle-Dieu. Ce poste combine des interventions au service de Soutien à domicile (SAD) et en milieu de vie CHSLD. L'établissement accorde une priorité absolue aux profils capables de combler le besoin en entier.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Offrir une assistance physique et des soins d'hygiène aux usagers.
  • Stimuler l'autonomie des résidents et des clients à domicile dans leurs AVQ.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour l'application des plans d'intervention.
  • Effectuer les tournées de soins à domicile de manière sécuritaire.

📋 Exigences

  • Expérience : Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience récente en SAD.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET véhicule automobile obligatoire pour les visites à domicile.
  • Orientation : Disponibilité requise pour les journées d'intégration (dates à définir).
