Lieu : Chibougamau, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) de Chibougamau Direction : Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) Département : Médecine/courte durée Période du mandat : Du 03 novembre 2026 au 04 mai 2027 Quart de travail : Soir/Nuit Type d'horaire : Rythme atypique en 7/7 (7 quarts de 12 heures consécutifs suivis de 7 jours de congé), de 20 h 00 à 08 h 21. Temps de repas : 1 h 40 par quart. Garde : Non.

📌 À propos du poste

La DSI recherche activement une Infirmière chef d'équipe pour un mandat de 6 mois au sein de l'unité de Médecine/courte durée du Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

Ce poste pilier combine un leadership clinique de première ligne et la prise en charge de cas aigus. La formule horaire en 7/7 de 12 heures est idéale pour concilier une pratique intensive en région et de longs blocs de repos à la maison.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le rôle de chef d'équipe en coordonnant les activités de soins, la gestion des lits et en encadrant le personnel soignant sur le quart.
  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers de haute qualité auprès de patients hospitalisés en médecine active.
  • Intervenir et effectuer des remplacements au sein des soins intermédiaires.
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique et la prise en charge sécuritaire des patients sous ventilation mécanique (intubés).
  • Répondre aux situations d'urgence clinique avec un excellent jugement et leadership.

📋 Exigences

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience obligatoire en médecine active.
  • Compétences critiques : Être parfaitement à l'aise avec la clientèle intubée et détenir une expérience ou de fortes aptitudes pour le rôle de chef d'équipe.
  • Formation requise : Cours d'arythmie complété et réussi.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET accès à un véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : 1 journée d'orientation obligatoire prévue le 02 novembre 2026.
