Infirmière — Soutien à domicile (SAD) | Mandat long au CS de Chibougamau | Baie-James

Description du poste

Services SFT, agence partenaire de premier plan en dotation santé, recrute activement une Infirmière pour combler une affectation de longue durée de soins communautaires à l'installation CS de Chibougamau. Le mandat est rattaché au département du Soutien à domicile - SAD.

Nous recherchons une professionnelle autonome et hautement qualifiée pour assurer le suivi, l'évaluation et la dispensation de soins complexes de première ligne directement au domicile des usagers de la région.

Conditions et horaire de travail

  • Période du mandat : Du 11 novembre 2026 au 14 mai 2027 (mandat long de 6 mois).
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement.
  • Horaire type : Du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 00 à 16 h 30 (quarts incluant une pause repas de 1 h 00).
  • Contraintes de service : Travail planifié d'une fin de semaine sur 4 ou 5.
  • Service de garde : Disponibilité de garde à prévoir de manière ponctuelle ou mensuelle, notamment pour la couverture des soins palliatifs.
  • Temps d'orientation : 2 jours complets d'orientation obligatoires prévus les 9 et 10 novembre 2026.

Qualifications et exigences requises

Pour que votre dossier de conformité clinique soit validé, vous devez répondre aux critères stricts suivants :

  • Statut professionnel : Membre en règle actif de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience terrain : Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience récente en soutien à domicile (SAD).
  • Compétences cliniques spécifiques :
  • Maîtrise de la Règle de soins nationale (Loi 90 / activités partagées).
  • Expérience pratique et accréditation en Aide médicale à mourir (AMM) à domicile.
  • Systèmes sectoriels : Formations complétées et fonctionnelles sur les logiciels DCI (Cristal Net) et SIL-P (prête pour intégration immédiate).
  • Mobilité logistique : Permis de conduire valide et véhicule automobile personnel fonctionnel requis pour les visites à domicile.
