Infirmière – Urgence auCS de Chibougamau | Baie-James

Les Services SFT recherchent activement une Infirmière experte en soins critiques pour un mandat d'envergure nationale à long terme à l'urgence du Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

En raison de l'éloignement géographique et de la réduction des équipes sur le terrain en fin de journée et de nuit, ce mandat requiert une excellente autonomie clinique, un fort leadership en salle de choc et une grande capacité de prise de décision. 📋 Détails du poste:

  • Installation : CS de Chibougamau
  • Département : Urgence
  • Durée du mandat : Du 3 novembre 2026 au 3 août 2027
  • Journée d'orientation obligatoire : 2 novembre 2026
  • Horaire de travail : Rythme de 7/7, quarts de Soir-Nuit (Formats de 8h et/ou 12h selon les nécessités du service)
  • Temps de repas : 1 heure pour les quarts de 12h | 45 minutes pour les quarts de 8h
  • Garde : Non requise.

🧳 Exigences :

L'établissement validera de façon rigoureuse les compétences acquises dans des urgences comparables à haut roulement :

  • Expérience requise : Plus de 3 ans d'expérience à l'urgence (salle de réanimation/choc incluse).
  • Expertise au triage : Minimum de 1 an et plus d'expérience active au triage avec la formation officielle CTAS complétée.
  • Formations obligatoires : Cours d'arythmie complété.
  • Systèmes informatiques : Maîtrise impérative des logiciels DCI, Cristal Net, MedUrge et SIL-P, et posséder une clé DSQ active.
  • Atouts majeurs : Certifications ACLS et ATLS valides.
  • Profil personnel : Solides aptitudes pour leader en salle de choc, capacité d’adaptation rapide et bilinguisme fonctionnel en anglais (bien se débrouiller).
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET véhicule automobile requis.
