Nous recherchons activement une Infirmière pour combler un mandat de remplacement d'urgence complet au Centre de santé de Lebel (Lebel-sur-Quévillon). Venez prêter main-forte à une équipe dynamique et engagée en région périphérique !

📋 Détails du poste:

  • Installation : CS de Lebel (Lebel-sur-Quévillon)
  • Départements : Urgence & Médecine/courte durée
  • Durée : Du 27 octobre 2026 au 2 novembre 2026 (Ressource recherchée pour la totalité du bloc)
  • Journée d'orientation obligatoire : 26 octobre 2026
  • Horaires : Alternance Jour / Soir (7 quarts de jour de 7 h 45 à 16 h 00 et de soir de 15 h 45 à 00 h 00)
  • Temps de repas : 45 minutes
  • Garde : Oui, disponibilité requise pour la garde.

🧳 Exigences:

  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience requise.
  • Compétences cliniques : Expérience solide et formation obligatoire au triage.
  • Systèmes informatiques : Maîtrise des logiciels DCI, SILP, MedUrge.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET véhicule automobile obligatoire pour ce mandat.
  • Ordre : Permis d'exercice de l'OIIQ valide et à jour.
