Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) d'expérience pour combler un besoin de pointe au sein du CHSLD Maria.

Il s'agit d'un mandat contractuel solide de 3 mois à temps complet (37,5 h / semaine), idéal pour une ressource humaine et polyvalente souhaitant mettre son expertise au service de nos aînés dans la magnifique région de la Baie-des-Chaleurs.

  • Installation : CISSS de la Gaspésie – CHSLD Maria
  • Période de l'assignation : Du 25 novembre 2026 au 25 février 2027
  • Quart de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Horaire : Temps complet (37.5 heures par semaine)

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'évaluation clinique rigoureuse et continue de la clientèle hébergée.
  • Concevoir, appliquer et réévaluer les plans de soins individualisés des résidents.
  • Prodiguer des soins de haute qualité, incluant une approche spécialisée et bienveillante en soins de fin de vie.
  • Prendre en charge et accompagner adéquatement la clientèle présentant des symptômes comportementaux et psychologiques de la démence (SCPD).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire et le médecin de l'installation.

Exigences obligatoires

  • Minimum de 12 mois d'expérience récente et pertinente en milieu CHSLD (exigence stricte).
  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou Baccalauréat (BAC) en sciences infirmières.
  • Certification RCR / SIR valide et à jour.
  • Aptitudes cliniques confirmées pour les soins de fin de vie et la gestion des approches SCPD.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
