Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier clinicien/autorisé spécialisé(e) en soins critiques pour combler un mandat de longue durée aux Soins Intensifs de Baie-Comeau. Venez prêter main-forte dans la belle région de la Manicouagan et vivez une immersion unique sur la Côte-Nord !

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Soins intensifs de Baie-Comeau
  • Date de début : Urgent – Entrée en poste immédiate (le besoin a débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Date de fin : 31 mars 2027 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quarts de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin
  • Orientation : 2 jours complets d'orientation prévus et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la surveillance constante, l'évaluation critique et les soins infirmiers complexes de patients instables ou aux fonctions vitales compromises.
  • Gérer les équipements de pointe de support de vie (ventilateurs mécaniques, moniteurs cardiaques, pompes à perfusion).
  • Préparer, administrer et ajuster les médications à alerte élevée et les perfusions vasoactives selon les protocoles médicaux.
  • Interpréter avec précision les données hémodynamiques et les tracés cardiaques pour anticiper et réagir aux changements cliniques.
  • Collaborer activement avec les intensivistes, inhalothérapeutes et l’équipe interdisciplinaire pour optimiser les soins critiques.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience récente et pertinente obligatoire en unité de soins intensifs (SI).
  • Excellente maîtrise des protocoles de réanimation, de la gestion des voies respiratoires et des accès vasculaires complexes.
  • Rigueur clinique absolue, grande vivacité d'esprit et gestion du stress exemplaire en contexte d'urgence critique.
  • Capacité d'adaptation à la rotation des quarts de travail et intégration rapide dans une nouvelle équipe de soins.
