Lieu : Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) de Lebel Direction : Direction des programmes sociaux (DPS) Département : Milieu de vie-CHSLD Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire Période du mandat : Du 21 novembre 2026 au 25 février 2027 Quart de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir Type d'horaire : Rythme en 7/7 (7 jours de travail consécutifs suivis de 7 jours de congé).

  • Quart de jour : 07 h 45 à 16 h 00
  • Quart de soir : 15 h 45 à 00 h 00

Temps de repas : 45 minutes par quart. Garde : Non.

📌 À propos du poste

La DPS recherche activement une infirmier(ère) auxiliaire pour un mandat de 3 mois basé au Centre de santé de Lebel. Bien que rattaché principalement au Milieu de vie-CHSLD, ce poste exige une belle polyvalence et des compétences transversales propres aux installations de sous-régions.

La formule horaire en 7/7 est idéale pour les professionnels de l'extérieur souhaitant concilier des périodes de pratique continue et de longs blocs de repos. L'établissement accorde une priorité absolue aux candidatures prêtes à combler le besoin pour la totalité du mandat.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Contribuer à l'évaluation de l'état de santé des résidents et participer activement à la dispensation des soins infirmiers (médication, soins de plaies).
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire pour assurer le maintien de l'autonomie et le confort des résidents.
  • Intervenir ponctuellement en soutien ou en renfort selon vos compétences cliniques transversales (courte durée / urgence de l'installation).
  • Assurer la traçabilité des soins et un suivi rigoureux des dossiers cliniques informatisés.

📋 Exigences

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIAQ.
  • Systèmes informatiques obligatoires : Maîtrise des logiciels DCI et SIL-P.
  • Compétences cliniques requises :
  • Maîtrise et capacité d'utiliser les pompes volumétriques.
  • Capacité autonome d'effectuer des ponctions veineuses.
  • Détenir des connaissances ou une expérience de base en milieu d'urgence / courte durée (un atout majeur pour la polyvalence du site).
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET accès à un véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : Période d'intégration clinique prévue au début du mandat (dates à confirmer).
