Lieu : Matagami, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) Isle-Dieu Direction : Direction des programmes sociaux (DPS) Départements : Médecine/courte durée (6050) & Milieu de vie-CHSLD Période du mandat : Du 04 novembre 2026 au 09 février 2027 Quart de travail : Rotation Nuit / Jour Type d'horaire : Formule 7/7 (7 jours de travail suivis de 7 jours de congé). Nuit : 23 h 45 à 8 h 00 | Jour : 7 h 45 à 16 h 00. Temps de repas : 45 minutes par quart. Garde : Oui (Disponibilité pour la garde requise).

📌 À propos du poste

Mandat polyvalent de 3 mois combinant l'unité de Médecine/courte durée et le milieu de vie CHSLD au CS Isle-Dieu. Cet horaire en 7/7 offre une excellente conciliation travail-vie personnelle avec une semaine complète de congé sur deux.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la dispensation des soins requis en unité de médecine et en soins prolongés.
  • Participer activement à la surveillance clinique des patients et à la distribution sécuritaire de la médication.
  • Répondre aux urgences et assurer la garde clinique selon les besoins du service.

📋 Exigences du profil

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIAQ.
  • Expérience : Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience combinée en médecine et en CHSLD.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire et véhicule non requis pour ce poste.
  • Orientation : Période d'intégration prévue au début du mandat.
