Description du poste : Chez Services SFT, nous sommes spécialisés dans le placement de professionnels de la santé d’élite partout au Québec. Nous accompagnons nos clients (CHSLD, hôpitaux, dispensaires) dans la gestion de leurs besoins critiques et urgents, tout en offrant à nos ressources des expériences humaines et professionnelles hors du commun, notamment dans les régions éloignées et les communautés nordiques (Basse-Côte-Nord, Baie-James, Bas-Saint-Laurent).

Nous recherchons actuellement des Infirmiers(ères) cliniciens(nes) et des Assistants(es) du supérieur immédiat (ASI) passionnés par le défi de la pratique autonome et le travail en région pour combler plusieurs mandats exclusifs.

Responsabilités:

  • Assumer la responsabilité d'un ensemble de soins infirmiers en fonction des besoins bio-psycho-sociaux des usagers ou des groupes de personnes qui lui sont confiés.
  • (Pour les profils ASI) Assurer la coordination des activités cliniques, la supervision du personnel de soins (infirmières auxiliaires, PAB) et le soutien clinique sur votre quart de travail.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients, déterminer et assurer la réalisation du plan de soins et de traitements infirmiers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes médicales et interdisciplinaires locales.
  • S'adapter rapidement à des environnements de travail variés et parfois isolés, tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de sécurité et de soins.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou diplôme équivalent reconnu pour le titre clinicien.
  • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience récente en milieu hospitalier ou en CHSLD (l'expérience en tant qu'ASI est un atout majeur).
  • Fortes habiletés de leadership, autonomie clinique et excellente capacité d'adaptation.
  • Bilinguisme (Français/Anglais) requis pour certains mandats spécifiques (ex: Basse-Côte-Nord).
  • Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des soins (ex: formation SyMO) est considérée comme un sérieux atout.
  • Prêt(e) à relever des défis de courte ou moyenne durée (contrats de quelques semaines à plusieurs mois) avec hébergement fourni.
