Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT lance une relance prioritaire pour un poste d'encadrement clinique hautement stratégique en région éloignée. Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) (ASI) d'expérience pour le CHSLD de Blanc-Sablon (Basse-Côte-Nord).

Il s'agit d'une demande de type « journée même ou lendemain », idéale pour un(e) leader clinique bilingue prêt(e) à prendre en charge la coordination des soins dans un environnement chaleureux et nordique.

Détails du mandat

  • Installation principale : CHSLD de Blanc-Sablon
  • Territoire : Basse-Côte-Nord
  • Date de début : Immédiate (Besoin débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Fin prévue : 10 janvier 2027 (Sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Horaire : En semaine, avec une couverture de fin de semaine au besoin
  • Orientation : 3 jours d'orientation complets prévus à l'horaire (entièrement aux frais de l'agence)

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la planification, la coordination et la supervision des activités cliniques de l'unité de soins de longue durée.
  • Agir à titre de premier répondant clinique et de soutien auprès de l'équipe de soins (infirmières, CEPI, préposés).
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la continuité des soins offerts aux résidents.
  • Utiliser et optimiser l'outil de gestion de la charge de travail SyMO au sein de l'établissement.

Exigences obligatoires et atouts

  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec) avec un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières.
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais), compte tenu de la population desservie à Blanc-Sablon.
  • Expérience solide et récente en tant qu'ASI en CHSLD exigée.
  • Formation SyMO complétée (un profil Pilote SyMO constitue un atout majeur).
  • Leadership mobilisateur, grand sens des responsabilités et adaptabilité interculturelle.
