📌 À propos du poste

Il s'agit d'une sollicitation de dernière minute (début immédiat) pour l'unité de médecine des Escoumins. Nous recherchons de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) (ICASI).

En tant que pilier clinique et administratif de l'unité de soins, vous jouerez un rôle de leadership majeur en soutenant le personnel soignant, en coordonnant les activités quotidiennes et en assurant la qualité ainsi que la sécurité des soins prodigués aux patients.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Seconder le supérieur immédiat dans ses fonctions administratives et cliniques sur l'unité de médecine.
  • Planifier, coordonner, superviser et évaluer les activités de soins infirmiers au quotidien.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource et mentor clinique auprès de l’équipe de soins (infirmières, infirmières auxiliaires, PAB).
  • Assurer la gestion des lits, la coordination des admissions, des congés et les corridors de services.
  • Veiller à l'application des protocoles cliniques, des normes de qualité et des règles de sécurité de l'établissement.

📋 Exigences

  • Titre d'emploi : Détenir le statut d'Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) (Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou équivalence reconnue).
  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Expérience clinique consolidée en médecine générale et aptitudes marquées pour le leadership, la gestion d’équipe et la résolution de problèmes.
  • Disponibilité : Prise de poste immédiate requise.
  • Orientation : Un bloc d'intégration complet de 10 jours d'orientation (à la charge de l'agence) est prévu pour assurer votre succès dans vos fonctions.
