Lieu : Matagami, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) Isle-Dieu Direction : Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) Départements : Urgence (6240) & Médecine/courte durée Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire de longue durée Période du mandat : Du 30 octobre 2026 au 02 novembre 2027 (Mandat d'un an) Quart de travail : Rotation Nuit / Jour / Soir Type d'horaire : Rythme 14/14 (14 jours de travail consécutifs suivis de 14 jours de congé).

  • Nuit : 23 h 45 à 08 h 00
  • Jour : 07 h 45 à 16 h 00
  • Soir : 15 h 45 à 00 h 00

Temps de repas : 45 minutes payées/allouées de jour et de soir. Aucun temps de repas officiel la nuit (ressource seule ou aux aguets). Garde : Oui (Disponibilité pour la garde requise).

📌 À propos du poste

La DSI recherche activement une infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) ou technicien(ne) hautement qualifié(e) pour un mandat d'un an au CS Isle-Dieu à Matagami. Ce poste pilier combine l'unité de Médecine/courte durée et l'Urgence. L'horaire en formule 14/14 est idéal pour les professionnels de l'extérieur souhaitant concilier travail intensif en région et longs blocs de repos à la maison.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge complète, le triage clinique (CTAS) et la stabilisation des patients se présentant à l'urgence.
  • Intervenir activement en salle de réanimation, de traumatologie et en zone d'observation.
  • Gérer les hospitalisations de courte durée et les soins aigus sur l'unité de médecine.
  • Maîtriser et coordonner les protocoles d'évacuations médicales aéroterrestres.
  • Assurer les périodes de garde clinique sur appel pour couvrir les besoins du service.

📋 Exigences

  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience récente et solide à l’urgence (incluant salle de réanimation, trauma, observation et triage).
  • Formations et accréditations obligatoires :
  • ETG (Enseignement thérapeutique global / ou formation équivalente requise par le milieu) détenu obligatoirement.
  • Cours d'arythmie complété.
  • Compétence démontrée en évaluation au triage.
  • Systèmes informatiques : Connaissance obligatoire du logiciel EVAC (Évacuations médicales).
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET accès à un véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : Période d'intégration clinique prévue dès l'arrivée (dates exactes à confirmer).
