Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT lance une relance prioritaire pour un besoin hautement critique au sein du réseau de la santé. Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) d'urgence d'expérience pour intégrer l'équipe de l'Urgence de Port-Cartier.

Il s'agit d'une demande de type « journée même ou lendemain », idéale pour un(e) professionnel(le) chevronné(e) recherchant un mandat dynamique en région, avec une forte autonomie clinique et des responsabilités de haut niveau.

Détails du mandat

  • Installation principale : Urgence de Port-Cartier
  • Date de début : Immédiate (Besoin débuté le 28 octobre 2026)
  • Fin prévue : 31 mars 2027 (Sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Horaire : En semaine, avec couverture de fin de semaine au besoin
  • Garde : Disponibilité pour des périodes de garde requise
  • Orientation : 5 jours d'orientation complets prévus à l'horaire (entièrement aux frais de l'agence)

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients se présentant à l'urgence.
  • Effectuer le triage des patients avec rigueur et selon les protocoles établis.
  • Intervenir immédiatement lors des situations de réanimation (RÉA).
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique des patients sous monitoring cardiaque (rythmologie).

Exigences obligatoires

  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).
  • Expérience solide et récente acquise en milieu d'urgence obligatoire.
  • Maîtrise complète du triage et des protocoles de réanimation (RÉA).
  • Formation en rythmologie complétée et réussie.
  • Capacité à gérer le stress, leadership clinique et excellente gestion des priorités.
