Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier clinicien/autorisé doté(e) d'une belle expertise auprès des familles pour combler un mandat de longue durée au Centre Mère-Enfant (CME) de Sept-Îles. Venez prêter main-forte à une équipe chaleureuse sur la Côte-Nord et contribuez à offrir des soins sécuritaires et bienveillants aux mamans et aux tout-petits !

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Centre Mère-Enfant (CME) de Sept-Îles
  • Date de début : Urgent – Entrée en poste immédiate (le besoin a débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Date de fin : 31 mars 2027 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quarts de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin
  • Orientation : 1 jour complet d'orientation prévu et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers spécialisés aux accouchées, aux nouveau-nés ainsi qu'aux patients pédiatriques hospitalisés.
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique rigoureuse post-partum et néonatale.
  • Accompagner, soutenir et éduquer les familles dans le processus d'accueil du nouveau-né (allaitement, soins de base, retour à la maison).
  • Identifier rapidement les situations à risque ou les complications cliniques chez la mère et l'enfant, et intervenir selon les protocoles établis.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de pédiatres, d'obstétriciens et l'équipe interdisciplinaire du CME.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience récente et significative obligatoire en Centre Mère-Enfant (CME) (obstétrique, post-partum, pouponnière ou pédiatrie).
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, douceur, empathie et approche centrée sur la famille.
  • Grande capacité d'adaptation à la rotation des quarts de travail et à un nouvel environnement clinique.
