Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT lance une relance prioritaire pour un mandat de pratique autonome de choix en milieu isolé durant la période des Fêtes. Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) en dispensaire pour le Dispensaire de Chevery, une communauté côtière unique de la Basse-Côte-Nord.

Ce besoin étant planifié à l'avance, il s'agit de l'opportunité idéale pour un(e) professionnel(le) bilingue adepte du rôle élargi qui souhaite s'engager dans un mandat hautement valorisant pour la fin de l'année.

Détails du mandat

  • Installation principale : Dispensaire de Chevery
  • Territoire : Basse-Côte-Nord
  • Date de début : 14 décembre 2026 (Planification à l'avance)
  • Fin prévue : 4 janvier 2027 (Sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi (Aucune fin de semaine)
  • Garde : Disponibilité pour des périodes de garde obligatoire (soir, nuit et fin de semaine)
  • Orientation : 1 jour d'orientation prévu à l'horaire (entièrement aux frais de l'agence)

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer de manière autonome l'évaluation clinique complète, les soins infirmiers courants, préventifs et d'urgence auprès de la population locale en appliquant les protocoles du rôle élargi.
  • Prendre en charge les urgences aiguës, stabiliser les patients et coordonner les évacuations médicales (MEDEVAC) par voie aérienne si nécessaire.
  • Assumer les responsabilités de garde pour maintenir une couverture de première ligne 24/7 sur le territoire.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les réseaux de soutien et les équipes interdisciplinaires du CISSS de la Côte-Nord.

Exigences obligatoires

  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).
  • Formation en rôle élargi complétée, valide et réussie.
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais) requis pour répondre adéquatement aux besoins de l'ensemble de la communauté.
  • Expérience consolidée en dispensaire, en région isolée ou en urgence rurale.
  • Niveau élevé d'autonomie clinique, de débrouillardise et excellente gestion du stress en isolement géographique.
