Infirmier(ère) en Dispensaire – Rôle Élargi à Salluit | Nunavik (Grand Nord)

Description du poste

Services SFT, agence leader en recrutement et dotation santé, recrute activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) en Dispensaire pour un mandat stratégique en rôle élargi à Salluit (Secteur DSI - Dispensaire).

Ce mandat se déroulera du 30 novembre 2026 au 20 décembre 2026.

Note : Le village est mentionné à titre indicatif ; l'affectation peut être réajustée au Nunavik selon les besoins opérationnels du réseau.

Profil et Compétences Cliniques

En tant qu'infirmier(ère) en rôle élargi, vous assurerez une pratique clinique autonome et avancée (évaluation, diagnostic d'urgence et traitement) auprès des communautés nordiques.

  • Horaires : Flexibilité totale requise (Rotation Jour, Soir, Nuit).
  • Profil linguistique : Bilinguisme avancé obligatoire (Anglais/Français). Les critères de bilinguisme sont stricts et contractuels pour ce mandat.

Exigences Académiques et Certifications Obligatoires

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle actif de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Formations spécifiques complétées :
  • Formation accréditée en Rôle Élargi complétée.
  • Formation PIQ (Formation de base en immunisation de 10h de l'INSPQ) complétée.
  • Formation La Tuberculose au Nunavik - Notions de base (1h30 via la plateforme ENA).
  • Expérience clinique : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience solide en soins critiques (Urgence, Soins Intensifs).
