Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier de dispensaire prêt(e) à relever un défi de pratique autonome à court terme dans la magnifique région de la Minganie. Joignez l'utile à l'agréable en apportant votre expertise clinique à la chaleureuse communauté de Baie-Johan-Beetz.

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Dispensaire de Baie-Johan-Beetz
  • Date de début : Urgent – Entrée en poste immédiate (le besoin a débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Date de fin : 27 novembre 2026 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Fin de semaine : Aucune (Profitez de vos week-ends pour explorer la Côte-Nord !)
  • Garde : Disponibilité pour la garde obligatoire (soir et nuit)
  • Orientation : 1 jour complet d'orientation prévu et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers complets, diversifiés et autonomes auprès d'une clientèle de tous âges en contexte de dispensaire.
  • Évaluer les urgences cliniques, stabiliser les patients et coordonner les évacuations médicales vers les centres hospitaliers si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la garde en rotation pour répondre aux appels d'urgence de soir et de nuit en semaine.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les réseaux de soutien médicaux à distance (corridor de services) et les partenaires communautaires locaux.
  • Gérer les dossiers cliniques et assurer le suivi des soins de santé courante de la communauté de manière rigoureuse.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Formation accréditée en rôle élargi OU un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en soins critiques (Urgences, Soins intensifs).
  • Voiture personnelle obligatoire pour assurer vos déplacements et la garde sur le territoire.
  • Excellente gestion du stress, débrouillardise et capacité à prendre des décisions cliniques rapides en isolement géographique.
