Lieu : Chibougamau, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) de Chibougamau Direction : Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) Département : Hémodialyse (6791) Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet/partiel – Temporaire de courte durée Période du mandat : Du 09 novembre 2026 au 19 décembre 2026 Quart de travail : Jour Type d'horaire : Environ 6 h 30 à 18 h 30. Variable de 3 à 5 quarts par semaine, du lundi au samedi, selon les besoins du département. Temps de repas : 30 à 45 minutes environ. Garde : Non.

📌 À propos du poste

La DSI recherche activement un(e) infirmier(ère) hautement spécialisé(e) en néphrologie pour un mandat de 6 semaines au Centre de santé de Chibougamau. Intégré(e) au service d'Hémodialyse, vous exercerez vos fonctions dans un contexte de pratique unique exigeant une très grande autonomie clinique, puisqu'aucun néphrologue n'est présent sur place.

Si vous possédez l'expertise technique requise et souhaitez prêter main-forte à une équipe dynamique avant la période des Fêtes, ce mandat est fait pour vous.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale et sécuritaire des patients insuffisants rénaux chroniques lors de leurs séances d'hémodialyse.
  • Effectuer les branchements, débranchements et surveiller les paramètres cliniques des usagers tout au long du traitement.
  • Manipuler, programmer et assurer le suivi rigoureux des équipements de suppléance rénale.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé général des patients, déceler les complications potentielles et intervenir avec un jugement clinique aiguisé en l'absence de médecin spécialiste sur place.
  • Documenter de manière précise les dossiers cliniques informatisés des patients.

📋 Exigences

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience spécifique, solide et très récente en hémodialyse.
  • Expertise technique obligatoire : Excellente connaissance pratique des appareils Fresenius.
  • Systèmes informatiques : Maîtrise obligatoire des logiciels Nephrocare ou Renal Insight.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET accès à un véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : 1 journée d'orientation obligatoire incluse au calendrier le 09 novembre 2026.
