Nous recherchons activement un(e) infirmier(ère) pour combler des blocs de nuit au sein de l'unité de Médecine 2A à Rimouski. Ce mandat, supervisé par la gestionnaire Marie-Josée Garon, s'adresse à des professionnels polyvalents dotés d'une solide expertise clinique en médecine active. C'est l'occasion idéale de prêter main-forte à une équipe dynamique sur des périodes ciblées.

📅 Plages horaires de nuit demandées

  • Bloc 1 : 21 et 22 octobre (00 h 00 à 08 h 15)
  • Bloc 2 : Du 18 au 31 octobre (00 h 00 à 08 h 15)
  • Bloc 3 : Du 1er au 05 novembre (00 h 00 à 08 h 15)
  • Bloc 4 : Du 10 au 14 novembre (00 h 00 à 08 h 15)

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la surveillance clinique des patients hospitalisés durant le quart de nuit.
  • Administrer les traitements, la médication et veiller à la continuité des soins.
  • Prendre en charge des cas spécifiques nécessitant des compétences pointues en cardiorespiratoire et neurologie.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de soins et assurer les transmissions aux équipes de jour.

📋 Exigences du profil et expertises requises

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Expertise clinique obligatoire : Détenir une expérience consolidée en cardiologie, neurologie et chirurgie.
  • Orientation : Prévoir un bloc de 2 quarts d'orientation pour chaque département et/ou plage horaire (Unités : 2A - 4C - 5C - 3C) pris en charge par l'agence.
